Day Treatment CPST Clinician
The primary responsibilities of the Day Treatment Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Clinician are to assist clients in achieving or maintaining self-support and sufficiency, to provide linkage and coordination of care, to assist in remedy of abuse, neglect or exploitation of youth who are unable to protect their own interests; to preserve, rehabilitate, or reunite families; and to allow the client to reside in a less restrictive setting. The Day Treatment CPST collaborates directly with all partial hospitalization program staff with the intent of assisting youth in stabilization working directly with their families and supports to reduce the level of care and return to a less restrictive school setting.
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling with a license to provide Counseling/Psychotherapy services according to ODMH standards.

LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, MFT, or IMFT licensing by the State of Ohio required.

One to three years of work or internship experience working with adolescents in a group, school, community, or residential setting.

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team that focuses on strengths, resilience, capabilities, competency, and utilizes an integrated family systems model.

Ability to form positive relationships with individual adolescents.

Knowledge of community resources.

Ability to follow a family systems treatment framework finding the benevolent intent behind behaviors.

Values cultural diversity and exhibits cultural competence and knowledgeable about the impact of culture and ethnicity on the treatment process.

Clinician
The primary responsibility of the Clinician is to assist youth and families with behavioral health needs. The clinician will provide services that are family-driven and delivered in the home, community, or school. Positions available in foster care, evidence-based models, and day treatment group work.
Requirements:
