Programs

Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST)
• Youth ages 11-17 who are at risk for out of home placement due to their behaviors such as delinquent offenses (assault, robbery, theft, vandalism), unruly offenses (curfew violations, running away, disobedience), aggression (fighting, property destruction), drug and alcohol use, and school difficulties (truancy, suspensions, expulsions).
• Services are provided in the home, school, and community.
• Short term length of treatment is 3-5 months.
• Intensive 2-4 sessions per week.
• Collaborate with the family to develop interventions that address the contributing areas of juvenile offending such as, family relations, school performance, peer relations, and neighborhood and/or community relations.

Family Functional Therapy (FFT)
• Male & Female 11-18 years old
• Intensive community based family therapy
• Referral need from Franklin County Chilrdren Services or Franklin County Juvenile Court
• Short term therapy 3-5 months

Treatment Foster Care
• Male & Female: Birth - 21 years old
• Weekly counseling
• Individual Treatment Planning
• Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment
• Linkage with community resources
• 24 hour-a-day crisis services

Eagle Heights Academy (Day Treatment / Partial Hospitalization)
• Eagle Heights Academy is a safe, comfortable atmosphere where adolescents are encouraged to
acknowledge and develop their strengths. It is an onsite specialized therapeutic day treatment for students unable to be successful in a "traditional" school setting. The student population consists of females and males ages 11-17 with regular and special education needs and a mental health diagnosis. Eagle Heights Academy achieves success through family, individual, and group treatment. The program focuses on anger management, life skills development, academic improvement, social skills development and
crisis intervention/coping skills

Outpatient Care
• Male & Female: Birth to 18 years old
• Behavioral Health Care Concerns- ADHD, Anxiety, Depression
• Significant difficulties at home, school, community
• Diagnostic Assessments, Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychiatric Assessments, Sexual behavior risk assessments for males 3-12, females 3-18
• Linkage to more intensive services

Somali Services
• Male & Female: Birth to 19 years old
• Parent/Child conflict
• School difficulties
• Cultural difficulties
• Somali staff providing services
• Counseling, Case Management, Psychiatric Services
